You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM BECAUSE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND
If you are not completely satisfied can return your order to us and we will refund you when received. In this situation we will not cover the cost of the return. You will therefore be responsible for the return of the item/items.
RETURNING A FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM
If you have received your order and an item is damaged, faulty, a different item to which you ordered, or another reason that is our fault/responsibility and you would like to return the item to us please contact us and we can arrange a return. We will pay for the cost of return postage for any problems that have been caused by us.
Please note if you are requesting to return a damage we will ask you to send us images of the damaged item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
